The BUY OUT option:

We buy remaining equipment to offset removal to bring the building back to lease hold status.

This option puts all the risk and responsibility on CLI.

This option provides these benefits:

  • We are responsible for any remaining equipment.
  • to remove mechanical centers, condensing units, compressors.
  • We provide security for project duration.
  • Any risk on sale day is on CLI.
  • Remove all scrap relating to removed equipment.
  • Electrical returned to closest junction.
  • Drop Balers
  • Provide dumpsters
  • Broom sweep floors for final inspection.
  • Work with contractors for any changes to the building.
  • Provide liability insurance for the jobsite.
